Looking for a UX design agency in London?
Making sure your user gets the perfect experience is the biggest aspect of website development. A good UX agency will help your user’s journey flow straight through to the end goal.
What is UX development?
What is UX design? Actually, UX design is not a new term, it has been around for a long time. The Internet and digital media have changed our lives so much, then what exactly is user experience design? Well, your customer’s user experience is the most important thing to think about, and it’s crucial to whether your company is a success or failure.
The term “user experience” is quite self-explanatory really, however the term itself is quite broad and has several inter-related but also separate meanings (depending on context). As you can see there is no one defined “right” answer here. The description above gives us an overview though.
The user experience of your website is what your user feels when using it. What you need to know is how the website feels compared to what it should feel like, and then fixing everything that makes it feel wrong or out of place. The core idea is that the user’s interaction with your website has no or very little friction. What this means is that the interactions on your page are straightforward, simple and as expected. What you need to do differently in order for this aspect to be met is removing anything unnecessary off of the page (more about simplifying pages later on)
Areas where I can help?
Tracking where your users are going, what they are clicking on and their behaviour while interacting with your site will generate vast amounts of data. What you can do by looking into this data is optimizing the way your website functions as a whole.
Branding your website well is also just as important. What colors are going to attract the most users? The colors you choose for your website could determine whether or not a customer chooses your business over a competitor.
You can get more conversions out of your website by using UX and a little bit of psychology. What looks good now, may not be what you need for the future of your website or company. What we think is good today becomes outdated tomorrow, so make sure you’re on the right track with how your users will interact with your site in the long run.
Satisfying search intent
Another aspect of UX is the satisfaction factor. What’s the use of a good looking site that is frustrating to use? We can’t be expected to stick around on a website for any more than 10-15 seconds if it takes too many steps before we are able to accomplish what we want.
